My Birthday!!!

It's my 9th birthday! My parents got me a new bed. I am so excited! I hope dad gets it put together soon. It's funny - my grammy & grandaddy got me slippers and a comfy robe, my aunt & uncle got me a cd & mismatching socks, and my other grandparents sent me books and a quilt - so my whole birthday was about relaxing and lounging! Sounds good to me! Haha

I made carrot cake cupcakes that I took to my class today. They all loved them! Tonight is Family Fun Night at my school, so my family is going there. I hope they have a bouncy house.

Next weekend we are having a birthday party with some of my friends from church. I'm trying to talk my mom into letting me have a second party with my friends from school, too.

Disneyland!!

I went to Disneyland for spring vacation. It was awesome! The weather was nice and sunny. I met a ton of characters. My favorite was Cinderella. My favorite ride was Tower of Terror. I was laughing my head off! Have you been to Disneyland? What's your favorite part?

My First Video I Edited

I edited my first video today! I did it at my dad's work. My dad taught me how to edit! It's really fun.

It's about TobyMac - my favorite Christian singer. My favorite guy in the band is DJ Maj. He uses turntables to make cool sounds.

I chose "Made to Love" because it's my favorite song of his. It's only a minute long, but I really like it!

100s day!

We had our 100s day last week. I brought 100 beads. I made a bunny. I was going to make a flower, but I didn't have enough
beads. We made 100s day glasses, I thought my glasses were cool. Honesty shared her erasers, and Noah H. shared his chocolate chips with us. We ate 100 pancakes, and a 100's cake with 100 M&Ms on it - it was really yummy.

It was really fun!

PSP

PSP stands for PUMP Summer Program. the interns Names are Katina Josh Jake Raleigh Jessie Amy Heather Spencer.We sing a lot.in Assembly we drew prizes. My favorite part of the day was afternoon activities. We could either do craft, gimp, or outside. I usually did gimp or craft. The theme of PSP this year was the Olympics: Finish STrong! That's all for today.

My Vacation to LaPine

This week I went to LaPine for vacation from school. I went with my three cousins, Connor, and my Grammy and Granddaddy. There was a lot of snow there. We built two snow forts and went sledding. We went to the High Desert museum where we mostly were in the Indian section. We also got to climb on a volcano. My favorite part was the volcano because there was tons of lava rocks that I climbed on. We went to Peterson's Rock Garden and I bought a rock at the rock museum. It was a great spring break! I loved it.

My Cousins

I have nine cousins. The cousins I get to see most are William, A.J./Austin, & Mack. They live in Oregon, just like me! We all go to the same school! A.J. is 11-years-old. Mack is 14-years-old. And William is 7-years-old, like me. My other cousins, that I don't get to see a lot, are Kinley, Alex, Isaac, and Silas. They live in Uganda. They are coming home to visit this summer. I am glad! My other cousins, Sierra and Patrick, live in Indiana. Me and Sierra like to make-up together and paint our nails. And of course there is me, Connor, & Fiona. I really like having lots of cousins. Even though there are so many boys, we have lots of fun.

This picture does not have Kinley, Alex, Isaac, & Silas. Hopefully this summer we'll get a picture with all 12 of us!

School Programs

The first program that I had this year was my Veteran's Day program. On the Veteran's Day program we sang two songs. The first one was called "American Tears"; the second one was called "Heartbeat". We all wore red, white, and blue. There were lots of people there.

At my Christmas Program we were the only ones singing. We sang SIX songs! It was a lot of fun. My favorite song was "Jolly Old St. Nicholas". I got a brand new dress; I think my dress was very pretty. It has dark purple flowers on it & silver. The stage was decorated very well.

My Favorite Movies

I like Monsters Inc. because they are monsters and they don't scare me. And I also like Barbie - the Island Princess. I haven't actually seen that one, but it looks like a good movie. I like Bambi because he is cute. Polar Express is one of my favorites. I like the snow. That's all the movies I like that I can think of.

First Day of First Grade!

I had my first of school today at Columbia Christian Schools. My teacher is Mrs. Thomas. She's nice. She goes to my Grammy's church. I had a good day. I was glad we had library today. I got a book about a dinosaur.

My Sister

I have a new sister, and her name is Fiona Grace! I like that she is a girl, because I can play with her when she is grown up. Maybe we'll play make-up when she's five years old and I'm ten. Mommy had forgotten my password forever, so I have not been able to post updates like we've wanted. She got really determined tonight and tried every possibility she could think of, and ta-da!, she finally did it! Daddy says it's scary how mommy can crack these things - she did it on another site earlier today. Anyway, I am going to write all about the end of school and our field trips and other things soon.

I Love Christmas!

I got a new flute. And I got a new movie. The movie is called, "Swan Lake". I like all of it. My favorite part of Christmas is when it snows and all of the decorations. I also got two new games. One is Strawberry Shortcake and the other is a Cinderella game. In the Cinderella one, you get to put on jewelry. The Strawberry Shortcake is a play-doh game. We got lots of Christmas cards from friends and family. We put the cards on the wall by the front closet. Connor got new train tracks from mom & daddy. What is your favorite part of Christmas?

Lost Tooth

I lost a tooth! Yay! One day is got very wiggly. Then the next it just came out! I put it under my pillow for the Tooth Fairy. The Tooth Fairy left me a bracelet. Whenever I lose any more teeth, then she'll give me more and more charms to add to my bracelet!

My Brother

Connor is my brother. Connor always thinks that he's five. He likes to play games. His favorite color is green and yellow, too. He likes his pink blanket very much. The pink blanket used to be mine for a long, long time. And then Connor liked it, so I let him have it. Bryan is Connor's best friend. I like it when Bryan comes over. I love Connor!

Thoughts for Grammy & Grandaddy Cash

I like my Grammy and Grandaddy, because they're so, so silly. Next Halloween I want them to go trick-or-treating with me. They can dress up whatever they want. Whatever basket you have, you'll get lots and lots of candy. Maybe after lunch or dinner or maybe every day, we'll get lots and lots of candy. Maybe you can eat it outside in the garden, but when it's raining, you cannot. The garden benches and the swing will be wet. Then your pants would get wet! Then you would have to dry your pants.

For your birthday, I think I'll give you some new shoes that you like. I will be at your party. I think I'll be better then, because I am sick. I have a fever. I think I'll give Grammy a necklace and some flowers for her garden. I will try to make a paper statue of a lip. We wil need scissors and glue and crayons and markers. I will use the markers and mommy will use the crayons. Wow! That's a lot of stuff for a birthday!

Daddy & Halloween

I love my daddy so, so much! Sometimes at night he tells me stories, like bicycle stories. One time he told me a skateboard story. Tonight I want daddy to tell me a car story.

Today I'm going to write a ghost picture, because it's Halloween today! Tonight we're going trick-or-treating with William, my cousin. I'm going to dress up like a princess! I don't know which crown to wear yet. But mommy will help me find one. Soon daddy is going to pick us up to take us to William's house. I'm so excited!
